RollerTendy began to give goalies the recognition they deserve as one of the most difficult positions to play in sports. Goalies often go unrecognized for their efforts, forgotten during team practices, and blamed for team losses. We are setting out to change how one of the most critical roles on the team is highlighted! As none of us like to end up in the highlight reel being scored on.

The goal is to develop a new level of awareness in roller hockey for the importance of goaltending. And, to spread the knowledge of roller hockey goaltending techniques, mental skills, and the level of training required physically to become a goalie. Most importantly, how to have fun while making saves! Therefore, we provide amazing goalie highlights, game-changing saves, tips & tricks, flashy new gear, and plenty of memes that are 100% relatable on our Instagram and TikTok pages.

As the creator of RollerTendy, I have over 27 years of experience playing roller hockey goalie. This has come with playing at the professional, national team, and collegiate levels in both inline and ice hockey. I host a collection of 100’s of regional, national, international, and professional awards, honors, and accolades, multiple sponsorships, and always known to be having a good time on the rink. My happy place is while I’m playing the sport of hockey, ice or inline, competitive or for funsies!

While I keep my identity as part of RollerTendy a secret, I do hope my experiences can help you become your best goaltending self. Whether to have fun in beer league or to become the best in the game, my hope is I can pass all I have learned onto the next generation of goalies who love and enjoy the game as I have.
